What is Zero Balancing?
Zero Balancing (known as ZB) is a gentle but powerful hands-on bodywork system that facilitates both structural balance and a clearer, stronger flow of energy in the body.
ZB sessions produce an experience of deep relaxation and renewed vitality while helping to relieve sysmptoms of physical and emotional stress.
ZB is also known to support self discovery, self-acceptance and a person's ability to create positive, life-affirming change.
Recent ZB research studies confirmed an average stress reduction of 61% during a 30-minute ZB session versus a 12% stress reduction for clients during an equivalent rest period.
"Balance" is a double-meaning word: you need balance to stand up and not fall, but you need balance in your life areas, or else your life will become unstable.

Welcome to "A Balanced, Healthy Life". My name is Sondra Sealine, and I am a Zero Balancing Practitioner and Qigong Instructor in the Richmond, Virginia area. I believe that "balanced living is healthy living". We have 100% control of our own health and need to develop habits and practices that keep us not only healthy and well, but allow us to live life with ease and contentment - to be in harmony with ourselves and with our environment. Zero Balancing and Qigong help us achieve this.
Zero Balancing (ZB) focuses on bone and skeletal system, including ligaments and joints and is considered "structural acupressure". ZB is done through clothing. Zero Balancing helps the body to heal itself. ZB may help headaches, backaches, fatigue, tension, insomnia, nervousness, and more. Try ZB if you want to increase your capacity for enjoyment of daily life in work, family, and personal relationships.
